We provide hosting services for Drupal, Backdrop, and Wordpress websites, installed on UK based, carbon neutral servers.
For Drupal and Backdrop we provide a "Supported Hosting and Maintenance" service, which means that we take care of routine security upgrades, and keep your site in a tiptop condition.
Wordpress hosting is cheaper because it is unsupported and it is down to you to make sure everything is kept up to date and secure.
We also offer CiviCRM as an optional bolt-on for Drupal, Backdrop, and Wordpress sites. CiviCRM is a Constituent (or Customer) Relationship Management system and is ideal for keeping track of contacts, sending mass emails, collecting data through forms and petitions, providing events with built in booking, and collecting donations.
Email is standard with our web hosting, and includes a webmail service, SMTP, POP3, and IMAP, so you can access your mail via the web or offline through your favourite mail client if that is your preference. The standard hosting package provides 5 mailboxes, and if your business or organisation requires more than this, additional mailboxes are available in bundles of 5. We can also offer stand-alone email hosting if you already have a website elsewhere.
After you have purchased a hosting package you are provided with access to a Plesk panel where you can manage your mailboxes and other server administration tasks.
Automated backups are taken every day, and stored "off-server", which is a belt and braces approach where in the remote circumstance that something goes badly wrong with the main server, your backups are nice and safe. Off-server backups are stored for 3 weeks, and can be accessed via your Control Panel, or directly with FTP.
Payment for services is by Direct Debit with GoCardless, and for all or our products you can choose between a monthly and an annual plan.
