The Treegeneration project was officially brought to a close earlier this year. This is a final update on the initiative, including a brief summary of achievements, a video of Rob explaining why he started the project, and a hint of what's to come next.

Mobile App developed for Treegeneration

The mobile app that we have been working a while on now for Treegeneration has finally been released on Apple and Android Playstores. It has been built using a system called Ionic Framework, and interfaces with the Treegeneration website via an API, enhancing the ability of the Platform to raise vital funds for wildlife projects whilst supporting the local business community at the same time.

Brand new project: Treegeneration Local

Creative Local Solutions has initiated a brand new project called "Treegeneration Local", which is a purpose-led business which aims to raise funds for wildlife projects, whilst at the same time encouraging people to support local businesses and repopulate town centres. We have started work on a shiny Drupal 8 website and will be using the built in API that is included in the software, to extend the platform, to integrate with a mobile app, commercial websites, and POS (point of sale) systems in the future.
