This product is for email hosting only without a website.
Bundles of 5 or 10 mailboxes are available, but if you have other requirements please get in touch for more information.
After you have ordered this product, we will provide you with the login details for your Plesk control panel, and assist with configuring your domain name at no extra cost.
(Please note that this package does not include a domain name, which you are required to obtain yourself. Configuring the DNS records for your domain for email services is quite technical and it is recommended that we do this for you.)
We can also offer advice and assistance with:
- Configuring mail clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, mobile devices etc) to use POP3 / SMTP services.
- Importing mail data from an existing service onto your new server.
- Managing mailboxes to data usage at a reasonable level.
- Configuring your website to send mail via your new mail server if required.
- Integrating your mailboxes with popular webmail services such as Gmail.
We endeavour to offer assistance included in the fee where possible, but if your support requirements are complex we may be required to charge for these extra services.
Payment is via Direct Debit with GoCardless, and you can either pay monthly or yearly.
